Most of her hijabs ranges from wrinkle resistant to 100% ironless. She understood the issues we hijabis faced and comes up with a solution for us ladies. 

On top of the hijabs' functionality, she also stands for utmost comfort and quality in all her products. This is evident in the material she uses. All her hijabs comes in a rose gold box. From start to the end, every decision she make is with the end user (you) in mind. Most importantly, she is adamant to make it affordable!    

How do I care for my Shera Lee Hijabs?

- We highly recommend to hand wash your hijabs. If you choose to put it in the washer, use a laundry net. Do not put them in the dryer after washing. Hang them out to air dry instead.

 

Orders

How long will it take for my order to be mailed out?

- Orders are packed and mailed out during office hours. Any orders made after 4pm will be packed and mailed out the next day. Orders made after 4pm on a Friday, will be mailed out on Monday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- We mail out your order using Qexpress. It normally takes 2 - 3 days for your orders to arrive. It will take a little longer for your order to arrive during Festive season. All mailing comes with a tracking number so you can track your orders. Do submit your email address or phone number so you can be notified with the tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

- Exchange is accepted within 15 days of the order date. The hijabs must still be in the original condition & packaging. Any opened hijabs are not accepted for returns or exchange. You can Whatsapp +6580223340 to process your exchange. Include your order number and we will advise you on the next steps. Please note that you will have to bear the mailing cost.
